Changing Passwords and other details

How do I change my password?

You can amend password under your ‘Account Details’:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Then select ‘Change Password’

How can I change my contact details?

You can amend some of your details under your ‘Account Details’:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Then select the area you want to edit

Managing users

How can I register someone to use the Portal?

Only a Area Manager has the authority to add a new user. This is done by the Area Manager competing a new user form and sending it to funeralpartnersinfo@lrtipping.co.uk  

On receipt of notification it can take up to 5 working days to make changes.

My Area Manager has changed who do I inform?

Ask your Area Manager to inform LR Tipping Ltd to get the details changed on your account.

My Branch/Hub has changed who do I inform?

Ask your Area Manager to inform LR Tipping Ltd to get the details changed on your account.

How can I amend my delivery addresses?

You can manage your address book under your Account Details:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Select ‘Addresses’ on the left hand side of the page
3. Here you can add/edit/delete

Or you can add a new address at the Checkout

Why can’t I change the billing address?

What are the different shipping options?

Standard 48 - 72 hours. This is a courier delivery and incurs a cost, based on the approved weight related cost matrix.

How do I pay?

Your order is Invoiced directly to Funeral Partners Head Office.

Why have I received notification that I exceeded my maximum spend limit?

There is a spend limit for each order.
Your order will not be processed until your Area Manager has authorised the spend.
LR Tipping will have no knowledge of your order until your order has been authorised. If your order is declined LR Tipping Ltd will have no record of your order.

What is the maximum spend limit?

The maximum spend limit is the same for everybody.
Check with your Area Manager

Who authorises my order if I’ve exceeded my maximum spend limit?

Your Area Manager. They will automatically be notified by email and requested to authorise or decline your order.


Shopping help

The product is out of stock, what happens now?

You can select to be notified when the product is back in stock.

On receipt of notification that you want the product we will order it for you and advise you when it’s back in stock for you to order.

You can manage your requests under Back in stock subscriptions, under 'My Account'

How can I see my basket?

You can select ‘Shopping Cart’ at the top on the screen to view your basket

I have a query about a product

You can view specification sheets for certain products. If there is one available it will be on the product screen.

Where is my delivery?

If you selected a courier delivery option check your email account as you will be notified of dispatch and delivery progress.

Why have I not received confirmation of my order?

Check your email account. You will be notified if your order has been placed or whether it has been sent for authorisation

How do I track my order?

You will receive email notifications on:
- Order Placed
- Order Dispatched

In addition if you have selected a courier delivery option, you will be sent a notification email from FedEx with your tracking number and how to track your delivery. Please note that this service provider may change.

How can I view my past and current orders?

You can view your past and current orders in Order History under your Account Details:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Select ‘Orders’
3. Select ‘Details’ on the order you’re interested in
4. Then you can generate a PDF version or print off

How can I amend my Order?

You are unable to do this on the portal, please contact LR Tipping Ltd

How can I re-order?

You can reorder off your past orders. You can view your past orders in Order History under your Account Details:
1. Click on your user id at the top of the screen
2. Select ‘Orders’
3. Select ‘Details’ on the order you’re interested in
4. Then you can select ‘Re-order’
5. You can then edit your basket
